Listing his biggest influences as 2pac, The Foo Fighters, and The Smashing Pumpkins, Kenny Mason brings an interesting new sound to Atlanta's rap scene. Releasing a few tracks starting in 2016, Kenny released his debut project's lead single, “Hit” in 2019. He would then release 2 more singles before dropping the 14-track, Angelic Hoodrat in May 2020. The project sees its heights on tracks like "Chevron" and “U ina a Gang // Exxon.” The same day, he would release an extended version of the album, featuring 3 additional tracks, exclusively on Audiomack. He continued the trend and released “Storm” only on Audiomack, SoundCloud, and YouTube in July. Later in the month, he returned with another exclusive release with “Give” featuring Deante' Hitchcock. In August, Kenny got his biggest feature to date on “Cereal” with IDK, J.I.D, and DJ Scheme.

Deante’ would then put him on the deluxe version of his album, on the song, “How Does It Feel.” He would also do 2 songs with Grip, “GRIP 3:16,” also featuring J.I.D, and “Burning Bush.” Looking ahead, Kenny says that "it’d be fire to get Future on some punk rock sounding shit."
